Package Questions
How does the wallet package work?
You pay the package amount in advance (₹3,000, ₹5,000, or ₹10,000). That full amount is credited to your ClothCure wallet. On every order, you automatically get 10%, 15%, or 20% discount — and the discounted amount is deducted from your wallet. This continues until your wallet balance reaches zero or the validity period ends, whichever comes first.
What happens if my wallet validity expires?
Each package must be used within its time limit: 3 months for Silver, 6 months for Golden, and 12 months for Platinum. Any unused wallet balance after the validity date may lapse — please confirm terms at the store when you purchase.
Can I combine combo offers with wallet discount?
Combo offers are fixed-price bundles. Wallet discounts apply to regular rate-list orders. Please ask our team at booking — we'll apply the best option for you.
Are bridal or heavy embroidery sarees included in the ₹1,000 pack?
The ₹1,000 pack covers normal sarees, coats, jackets, and sweaters. Heavy bridal, designer, or heavy-work items may be excluded or charged extra — we'll confirm when you drop off garments.
How do I pay for a wallet package?
Visit our store at Skardi Plaza or call/WhatsApp us. Advance payment can be made in cash, UPI, or other modes accepted at the shop. Your wallet is activated immediately after payment.
